Allan has over 30 years of exceptional leadership experience. His success as a transforming leader was recognised by being nominated for a National Award for quality leadership in 2005.

He is highly intuitive and creative yet systematic and purposeful in his approach. Allan works with people to capture imaginative and creative vision and well researched and constructed strategic plans. Through his analytical and design capacity he enables people and organisations to work SMARTER rather than harder.

Allan is a sought after as a presenter and facilitator. He has presented at local, national and international conferences on leadership, change management, community building, inclusive practice and people management.

Allan has added value to formal qualifications in leadership and change management through being engaged in diverse projects across both the public and private sector.

Allan's friendly open communication, high energy, clarity of purpose, broad executive experience and philosophy of empowerment give him a unique capacity to service a wide range of clients.

His qualifications include an M Ed (Leadership & Management), a BA in sociology and education and holds additional qualifications in Investigation and Conciliation, OHS, Choice Theory, Reality Therapy and Lead Management. He has also trained as a facilitator with both the Franklin Covey and Glasser Institutes. He is an internationally accredited Career Planning Practitioner, and is currently enrolled at the Life Coaching Institute of Australia.
